Information collected
When you request a quote, the site may collect your name, phone number, optional email, property address, town, requested service, job description, scheduling preferences, uploaded photos, referral information and advertising attribution parameters.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your service request, coordinate estimates, understand lead sources and operate the website. Customer quote photos are stored privately rather than published as website gallery photos.
Storage and service providers
The production system is designed to use Cloudflare for website delivery, lead storage, private photo storage and spam protection, plus configured transactional email and SMS providers for owner notifications. Those providers process data needed to perform their services.
Analytics
If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, the site may collect privacy-focused site-usage information. Marketing attribution parameters such as UTM tags and the referring page can be stored with a quote request.
